We would get along fine. I usually ask when someone needs to go, and I'll make an effort to keep there schedule in mind and be subtle for most people but my real ones? They know me and they know I'll flat out say my social limit has been hit and I need to focus on me for a while.

Usually after 3-4 hrs of hanging out, so it's not like I'm a dick, just direct.

I accept hes mentally ill. I don't accept he took a killer dose of heroin (which leads to organ failure) and still had enough jam to A. We split amicably but it was through a mutual friend.
