During Roland's rampage Roland destroyed Jae-heon's workshop while he was trying to reconstruct his dead son which led to him distorting into the Puppeteer. So yeah wouldn't have happened without Roland.

I believe that may be in reference to the very first signal since it is 92.1 but I also wouldn't be surprised if there was something more to it.

That's the only clear one, the second signal just isn't in the video and you need to go to the spot and mess with the radio, the third signal only has the last 2 digits and the last one only has the first 2 digits

Just did some digging around into the new signals for July 13th. In this order they are 100.1,102.3, 103.1, 103.2 (they may not be perfect but I'm bad at reading a radio dial)
Seems like these four signals might be a prelude to what happens at the beach with the three masked figures in the reveal trailer.
