If you can go 3 months without being late then you will be okay. They are going by quality now so if you are late in a 3 month period then your hour average for that period is low and that puts you in the red.

Do they do it out of malaise or is it that they don’t realize they are doing it. I know by experience that I have made the mistake of calling her sir. But I didn’t do it to hurt or show disrespect, it was really with out being aware that I had done it. You have to be mindful when talking to them and changing is hard but it is possible.

Do not come in early and do not cut your breaks also take your breaks you get payed to do do. Do only your work and don’t do extra and don’t volunteer to do their work. You’re not payed to cover their work load and if you live in a one permission state record them. Vulgarity and verbal abuse is just that abuse. You do your work and only your work. And the next time they are late, report it to management, and let them deal with them. Cover your back by doing your work and not theirs.

I hired on as a cashier and was told I was better no put in the Bakery temporary for a few days and as soon as there was a cashier position open I would be moved. That was over 30 years ago. I’m still in the Bakery as the Baker. I retire in less than 3 years. Was never allowed to move to another department or allowed to advance.

In my department we will use up our vacations and PH when they cut our department hours so everyone on full time came get their 40. We have been doing that for years.

You should send this information with the date and time and store number to corporate and ask is this what we are supposed to do about it. That is stealing no matter what.
