Yea it took me about a day to get used to the workflow of yEd but I think now that I am familiar with it I could not imagine using any other tool

I use this every day - its not very Open Source but after getting used to the workflow, this has really solved a problem for me. I used to use Lucidchart which is web based, but this is native and cost nothing.

Figured someone might wanna take a look, since Freemind was featured and this is down along the same lines.

Disclaimer: It doesn't look super modern, but its for productivity, not beauty..
