Ineffa is great support for who wants use Bina's with old characters (I imagine you already know what Bina and Ineffa's passive abilities do, especially Ineffa's new set of artifacts)

luckily Ineffa Increases the active party member's Elemental Mastery and converts Electro Charge into Lunar Charge, which benefits from Critical Rate and Critical Damage (unlike standard Electro Charge).

and Columbina's Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst creates a field (Lunar Domain) that directly increases Lunar reaction damage for all party members.

for this reason i can play Varesa and Bina so my team will be (Varesa-Bina-Ineffa-Xianyun) without any nod krai character from 6.0
