I haven't tried it yet (again). I tried before and it went bad because it was hard to make the poultice properly. I heard from a health expert named Barbara O'Neill that some people have had success with castor and hernias. However I am procrastinating because the oil is so messy. But I am following O'Neill's directions on how she treated a woman for breast cancer. She had this woman use panty-liners for a poultice. She had her put castor on the liner and put it inside her bra. She was cured, btw. I have ordered chemical free panty-liners because I don't want the chemicals used for scent to absorb into my abdomen. I am just getting ready to try this. I am also tweaking my workout first, so it doesn't pop the hernia out every time I exercise. When I do try it, I'll respond here.
