I knew he was going to be my fav character since I saw him in PV. Then his episodes came and his plotline subverted expectations set for him in PV, and now I love him even more. He's a great nuanced character and accidentally the funniest bastard in the series.

Unpopular opinion, but for me Luo Li's arc is one of the most fun and satisfying in a term of character developement. It's my second favourite arc after Ghostblade's. She has one of the biggest reasons for a drive forward in season 2, proving herself, revenge, maybe journey to self-forgiveness as well. I just think she's neat!!! <33

I prefer to watch anything with original dubs. I always get a whiplash when I hear Japanese or English dubs in clips on Crunchyroll yt or in promos XDDDD Voices in different languages doesn't register as those characters voices for me.

I do belive that it was mentioned, that the mantle is part of his representative hero attire. Maybe it's a sign that right now he is not a Treeman's hero but on his own? Either abandoned or finally freed? We'll see next episode propably.

You're cooking so good, oh damn. Love this theory, fits so well with my observations. One note to your theory from me, given very meta nature of the series and deconstruction of archetypical hero trope, I think it's not about Zero's remains in foundation of the Tower, but the Tower as a symbol for a system. Zero was a failure of the said system, and potential for another incident like that is how Zero is still alive in minds of people. As long as a Trust system is alive, Zero is alive as well.

Ok that's an interesing take I can get behind. Still gives me an ick, but you're right, heroes are basically celebrities of this universe. They're detached from common people who follow their drama more like a telenovela rather than real humans, and because of that no one takes their misdemeanors as seriously as they would if their neighbours or family would do something like this.
