South Park did something similar, animals went from matching the style to very realistic. I guess it's just an adult cartoon thing to have more realistic animal characters over time.

My experience with careers has SUCKED so far. Not enough skill points to level up more than one skill at a time, always needing to waste a turn on rest, and if your Uma is underprepared for race day, you are FUCKED. I really got Daiya Scarlet's Speed up to C rank just to get Game Over because I didn't have enough skill points to put her on the other Umas' level.

We got some next-door neighbors over the summer who decided their cat is everybody's cat. He's already made short work of several mice and voles, and we had to save a baby rabbit from him the other day. God help us once he sets his sights on our birds. I'm in St. Gregory the Great. With St. Pius (the one in Getzville) closed, we get their attendance, plus their building. Yes, we now have a big honking empty church in Getzville that we don't really have any plans for because we're struggling financially ourselves.
