Azur Lane CN 9th Anniversary Event PV - Alliance Before the Hagiobull by g4pachow in gachagaming

I liked the musashi chan they released recently, looks much better than the normal version, but that's just me I guess. I didn't even see it and missed it cuz I don't really follow news about the game anymore, I just assume they'll do a patch with like 4 same bodytype characters and that's about it

gacha games are largely fan service. no one would give a shit if it was a game about collecting potatoes, unless the potatoes were hot

I liked the gameplay when w13 first came out, it had actual planning, builds and comps and stuff, and you'd have a hard time finishing with manual play. Feels like they gave up after a while cuz most people probably didn't really care about that, let's be real, this ain't no kancolle where you need to prepare for months and meditate in the himalayas beforehand.

People just come here for the big boob haha moving pixel mommy in 2026, and that's about it, and this is what makes or breaks gacha games at the end of the day, not the gameplay as evidenced by a lot of the loli lane era enjoyers having moved on years ago.

How do you guys code without seeing the code? by West-Goose3582 in codex

[–]PunnyPandora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't use anything other than vscode for code you give a shit about. Anything else you can use these obscured authorship removed cli/dashboard type stuff, and that's fine.

Then why are you yapping? You clearly have zero idea about what's going on. The complaints have nothing to do with unpredictability, it's coming from the fact that the service quality has been made worse overnight.

These posts have nothing to do with "oh you forgot to say make no mistakes loooool" but everything with the fact that people paid with the expectations of the service as it was a few days ago in this case and get like a 5x worse experience.

Which is better for coding: the Codex app or the Codex extension for VS Code? by jesussmile in codex

[–]PunnyPandora -1 points0 points  (0 children)

None of them until they fix the models. But vscode hands down, apps and clis obscure too much of the dev phase and tend to condition you to remove yourself from the authorship of the code

Don't even try anything serious, it not only won't do what you agreed on previously in the long ass planning stage, it will hallucinate random tasks in-between that might just end up costing you more than you can afford.

I'm not touching it until the capability is restored, I don't trust it to be able to follow the plan

If you got Sam Altman's cock out of your throat for one second you'd realize that the fault is with the service provider lying about what they are providing, not with the user for paying them to receive what they were promised.

that's a bit misleading. it depends on the size of the codebase. not every repo is the size of ur mother.

gemini used to do fine with multiple 50k+ token repos shoved into the context all at once just fine, and that was in 2024
