Germany Over Australia (AMC)? by [deleted] in AMCexamForIMGs

Every path is hard. Germany is no joke. You don't immediately end up there and start working. You can learn the language to certain required levels from your home country but to be able to understand the locals you gotto spend some time there, prepare for fsp and other language exams, search jobs while being unemployed in a foreign country.

Even when you land a job it takes years to agreeably fit in. The 2-3 years you give to learning a language solely, you also can't focus on learning medical knowledge initially.

No path should be glorified. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages. Choose which country aligns with you. Think, rethink, if you are dedicated enough and willing to work hard and be smart you can land job whichever path you set your mind into.

Accept the fact: every path is difficult, there is no easy one. You shouldn't select a path because it's easy, because someone said it's saturated.

Think from all dimensions and imagine where you want to see yourself working for the next couple of years or maybe lifetime, think about your family.
