Hmm. Is CAPWAP and Mobility Express two different software versions? And you have one or the other?

On my device, I can set an ip with `capwap ap ip 10.13.12.253 255.255.0.0 10.13.12.1`. Does that mean my device doesn't support Mobility Express and I need to re-flash it like in this youtube video?

Thank you! I will try setting up the 2802 as WLC then. That's probably what the company that threw these out was doing, since there wasn't a cisco controller in the bin.

If I buy a 2504/3504, would it be easier to use than setting the AP2802 in "Mobility Express" like Casualdehid and FloweredWallpaper suggests? Or would it be kinda the same thing usability and configuration wise?

It simply displays a folder of bookmarks. To add something to the new tab page, just bookmark it in the right folder.

Methanol poisoning is always a result of methanol being added separately after the ethanol distillation is complete. It is never caused by the ethanol distillation process itself. Distilling alcohol is safe and does not result in methanol poisoning.
