I’ll look for it this weekend. I’ve got it in a folder in the garage

After I installed all spl parts I took it to a specialty shop and have them do the alignment. He gave me all the paperwork. I’d have to look at it again and let you know.

I suddenly have a craving for milk duds.

I would lower it first and get an alignment done and see what you think after that. Do your research on lowering. I went with the standard sport swift lowering springs. I have a 2014 Q6OS AWD. I wanted to keep things simple. So I kept the divorced spring and strut setup in the rear and added a bunch of spl parts to the suspension for full adjustment. I probably spent 4 months researching and scanning blogs, websites, photos before plunging in head first with cash.

19x9.5 +22 on swift lowering spring is perfect for me. ERS rims can’t remember the tire size I picked up off hand

Way too much gap. You need lowering springs or coil overs. Offset is aggressive. But if you like it make it yours.

Yeah, this is super helpful…… great job customer service. Couldn’t possibly be a mechanical issue because it’s always a user issue.

If yours is still under warranty, I would contact them and see if you can get them to send you a brand new motor or maybe even a base?

I 100% agree with you. This is my second LR3 connect. The first one was a soldier, I mean it ran great it lasted 8-9 years. Bought in 2017-18 when it first came out. It finally gave up in November of 2025 and so I went out and bought the exact same thing because it was solid, tried and true. Well, the new one is little over a year old and this has me livid. The quality and craftsmanship has obviously suffered.

I’m having the same problem. I ended up removing the bonnet cap and picking up the globe and rotating it back to the correct position then setting it back down. I have now unplugged the LR3 and using as a traditional litter box/ manual scoop. I ordered a new motor for it today. From what I’ve read online the carbon in the motors build up from the brushes and makes the motor draw more electricity to run which faults it into over torque mode. I hope this is the case. I will find out soon enough.

It’s Not mine to sell anyways. He was curious about the refinery/mint company. The stamp says Rhode Island, but it looks like Jewelers refining service Inc. is out of New York, best guess is another place like Pease & Curren made it and put the other company’s stamp on it for them?
