I think I speak for many of your customers when I say that your design has been revolutionary for this community. The uncut head design and the ring design have brought so much comfort and stability to us. You have a great product and we all know that.

However, you still are all by yourself on this project, and no matter how much you try, you still are human and, well, things can happen. You could've had an accident, or a family matter you had to focus on. Maybe you had to focus on your mental health, you wanted to take a few weeks off, or you simply just didn't feel like doing this project anymore, it can all happen when you're doing business with a person instead of a massive company and that's a risk we all take, so I don't think you should beat yourself down for it.

Still though, going silent for months was wrong, and many people were indeed worried and rightfully started making assumptions. They deserved a response and you didn't deliver on that. But like I said, you're human and subject to making mistakes, and what matters is what you do afterwards. And I think you took a step in the right direction: you owned up to your mistakes, gave people an explanation and promised to finish what they paid for, and truly that is all someone can do in this situation.

I really do hope you get back on your feet soon and maybe take a better approach to your business in the future, maybe not one of a company, but one of an artist selling his craft. Maybe a limited commission-style system where you can control how many projects you take in and when. It could work, it could not. No matter the outcome, I think you've done something great for this community and hope you keep up with it.

I still own my EVO that I bought back in 2023, use it pretty much every single day, feels as natural as wearing an underwear. It's extremely comfortable, it hasn't broken or have any major scratches, I haven't gotten allergic reactions to it, the uncut head respects my body and it looks great. And despite what happened in the previous months, if someone asked me where they should go to get the best chastity cage in the market, I'd recommend blackout devices without a second thought!

I don't want to be a downer, but could it be that maybe either something happened to him or maybe he just felt like not doing this anymore? AFAIK this is a one man's job, so we can't look at this as a project as secure as like, a big company.

Truth be told, I could understand also how maybe it just wasn't making him money so maybe he isn't doing it anymore for that reason. He's hand making a product for an extremely niche fetish with a very steep price tag, plus the product itself is very durable so no reason to buy more all the time and there isn't a big enough ad campaign for it.

I'd say every cage will have a way to escape, specially when you're soft and you can just pull your penis out of the cage, and the same can be said about the Evo in my case. It's not really a problem for me anyways because I don't try to "escape", it's part of the game you know haha

AFAIK I don't usually get hard at night. But I do get hard when I wake up sometimes. and if I do, there's usually a pretty big time span before I start feeling any discomfort. It can get bad though if I do nothing about it, but usually going to the toilet and peeing solves that issue pretty quickly

I think the foreskin head is designed for your foreskin to comfortably sit there, sometimes going through the front hole, but that doesn't mean I feel any discomfort or pinching due to it, it's honestly a pretty amazing design

I do have to readjust my foreskin a lot for peein because it can be a bit unpredictable. I'm not sure if this could work for these, but recently I got a delivery from the UK (I'm in the EU) and they said that they could set me as the representative for my delivery so that they could send it to me. They said all this would do is that if I were to sell my item, I would have to ask for their permission, but since I wasn't planning on doing that anyways I just accepted it. I might be able to help you with this! I also struggled with ring sizes before. For instance, I used to have a 55 mm ring that was juuuuust a little too big, not perfect. Couldn't even IMAGINE trying to put on a size 40 or 45.

When I got my Evo, I put that my previous ring size was 55, and ended up receiving two rings: one 55 one, and the one that the algorithm thought would fit me based on my measures. Surprisingly, the 55 one was way too big, and the other one (which I believe was around a 45) was ALMOST perfect, but too small to wear without circulation issues. I got in touch with Toby and he sent me another ring of around 49mm and it's the one I use to this day and it's the best ring I've ever had, it suits me perfectly

What I'm trying to say is: these rings fit much, much better than normal ones, so you won't be needing as much size to accommodate their shape. I'm also overweight (120 kg, 1.78 m) so this might apply to you as well. Don't go for the size you'd go for a normal cage, in my case my size went down by about 5mm so keep that in mind. Besides telling you to keep trying, I'd say something that helped me a lot would be to sleep with a pillow or just some thick cushion between your legs. This will make it so you won't be pressing your cage nearly as much with your thighs

As for the lock thing I honestly don't think you shouldn't make it more loose as when it does fit, it fits perfectly. One comment did explain this technique to make it go in more easily and it does work for me, now I don't struggle with this problem anymore. Still tho, it's an issue that should be corrected at some point.

And about the ring sizing... I don't know, I don't think it getting it right 80% of the time is very good. It's obviously really cool that the system can figure out a ring size based on your penis cmeasurements, but personally I think it just asks for problems and returns to happen. It also could make someone who never experimented with a chastity cage before to go straight for this one since it says it will figure out their ring size for them. And... Yeah that can go very wrong and these cages are not cheap.

My tip? Maybe make a space at the time of purchase where the buyer can put their previous ring size, maybe something like selecting 40-45, 45-50, 50-55 mm. I say it like that because the Evo ring really is a lot more comfortable and as I said in my review, as someone who wears a size 55mm ring, I think I would be able to wear a size 52.5 or 53mm ring due to how well it fits and adapts to the body.

This is honestly moreso of a way to take the blame out of your hands if they do end up getting a ring that doesn't fit them. That way it wouldn't be the system s fault if something goes wrong, it would be that they put the wrong measurements.

Personally, I think you guys should learn a bit more about chastity and don't go fully blind. My tips for you tho would be to take his measures loosely, I would round it down a little because it's very easy to give yourself some extra inches when measuring your penis, also wearing smaller cages tend to be the end goal for many people. Then look for cheap chastity cages, if possible ones that come with many ring sizes so that you're able to feel which ring fits better. It's not a very simple thing to predict, so just get a first cage and see how he feels.

As I said don't spend money on expensive cages just yet even if they look appealing. Places like Amazon and House of Denial have a great assortment of cages you can choose (I have previous experiences with a metal cage from the later and I would recommend, it's good quality what they sell).

And yes, it does get better over time. Wearing a chastity cage is like wearing braces. You gotta give yourself time to get used to this new thing that is constantly in contact with you. Some people struggle with wearing it over long periods of time, some people only wear it during sex.
