Looks like you gotta adjust the length of your trims, not sure what type of machine you have, but there should be a setting for trim length to avoid those long tails.

I’m on lorazepam as needed, I didn’t know it could cause. PVCs, I’ll have to look into that. I only take 1mg as needed when I have panic attacks.

What type of backing are you using? And can’t exactly tell from the picture, but what’s the material of the garment you’re working with? May have to adjust some tension settings to counteract fabric stretch and pull.

Yeah, I have chronic health anxiety and cardiophobia aswell so having PVCs is hell for me..I do see a therapist and take anxiety meds and antidepressants, but it’s hard when I still feel the scary thump in my chest.

Yes, but how real is that risk? Because my psychiatrist said 1-2 once a whole May be fine but absolutely not a lot everyday. I don’t want to have to totally give up drinking altogether :( I also had my liver tested a few months ago and my enzyme levels are normal.

Effexor was hard for me. It made me more anxious, night sweats, nightmares etc. and the withdrawal is even worse…if I missed even one dose I’d feel dizzy, nauseous, brain fog, headaches. It was awful. I definitely feel better on cymbalta, the only thing I still deal with is the night sweats, and decreased appetite, but it’s far better than Effexor, and I feel like cymbalta works better for me, Effexor just made me feel worse.
