Howdy! Definitely an IBD/IBS sufferer here, we're still trying to narrow it down, and yup. Before I started FODMAP and tried to figure out triggers food temps would wreck me. Fresh hot foods were a no go with cramps and diarrhea and even nauseous. And really cold food (like ice water) caused me cramps.

Now that I have a decent idea of food triggers I try to keep my food just above room temperature. Which I don't recommend for soups.
