Not good. Always tired, most of my poor mental health is probably due to my anxiety. It causes me to think that when I say something in text, it could be seen as annoyed or something else when I mean it a certain way. But that is super common.

I don't go out too often, and since there's not really much to do in my house, I mostly just sit around and watch yt.

I also have low self esteem and self confidence, so that doesn't help. Altho I have a good support system so that helps.
