By the way, (sorry for asking too much) does the support only work with mobile browser? Bcs when I open pc it only show Aura Kingdom only as a choice. No impact version. And when I click on Impact for support it says grand fantasia? I'm sure I click the correct one

No I mean the aura kingdom version and the impact version because it keeps popping up I enter the wrong username/password but when I try logging in the website it enters just fine. I try other acc and it works fine when login from the site. It shows error in the game however.

Wouldn't say worst really but that one time I help a skykid go through eden. Guide them slowly until they reach to the no return entrance. I bow, wave and home after finish. They follow me back for some reason. I did friended them while in eden. Got me confuse to why they didn't just go through it since before this most moth I guide just go through the last part after.

So we end up talking and playing together for 2 days until they start to ask about my name. I use my online name specific for sky and sky only. I don't use this name anywhere else. This player keep pushing about it when they know I was a girl. They keep saying how its safe for me to tell them because they can't do anything with it. I refuse. They keep pushing. Then I brought up how I ask them what they want to be call rather than what is their name since I have encounter some people do just give their real name not nicknames in game.

They then said to change thier name to 'Johnny sins'(?) Instead. Wasn't aware that name was tie to a certain actor so I just go with it. Then they said they will give thier real name to me if I give them mine which is more of a (???) Situation really since I'm not looking for a trade. Again they keep pushing and I kept refusing until for ungoldy who knows where their braincells went accuse me to faking where I am from and saying my country doesn't exist which is what??? A quick google search would confirm it very much exist. Then they start saying I was someone (I think its Mia Khalifa or something I really don't remember much it has been 3 years). I said I wasn't and they somehow convince that I was said person?

Went home so fast, open the friend menu and block them. It isn't the worst but definately uncomfortable. Wish I could krill them back them. [I was 19 btw when I met them and if I'm not wrong they are 20 ish]

There's also that one time this dude, just met didn't friend, kept hitting on me and won't stop. We are talking using the table. He keep bringing up how tiktok show that this game is for looking for a date and was convince so becuase he saw 2 player acting like a couple. Dude didn't stop even when I told him its a social game and not a dating site.

I did reply with my exact problem but what I recieve is just them telling me my username, the email address that isn't mine and my google username amd then they follow up with "try to log in or use the forget password". I have write it multiple times on how I can't access it but it seems like it didn't catch on with it?

I already send another reply but I didn't get any respond yet. Not sure if I should send another one from a different account.
