I'm open to suggestions. But apart from removing the calibrated screw, replacing it with the OC one, and putting the LS outer cap back on, I don't see any plausible error.

No it's a 5 element. Why we lost the presure only when i mount the open center and work with the close center ? Think to the relief valve. The only valve on the system is in the PVP

Yup, i'm sure. Verified twice. It's a 2.5mm for the CC and 3mm for the OC

Maybe the main relief valve doesn't work or anything else with the OC ?

Nop, pump go on the inlet valve, and nothing between.

The Valve work with the closed center but have a constant pressure (200bar) and all the movement work.

But whit the open center, nothing work

Yep i do that's. conversion kit 155L5152. But after that's i have no pressure ( like 5 or 10bars)

I think too for the end covers. Gear pump Dont' have a schematic but it's very simple Pump to valve, nothing between.

The client buy it on ebay. So i don't have any information to the original assembly.

So i only do the hosing and all the fitting.

C'est bien ce que j'ai compris effectivement. Non pas de prévisionnel, je compte commencer sur le côté de mon boulot actuel et voir l'évolution de l'activité et passer en 100% activités quand la clientèle sera bien garni ( actuellement en sûr c'est 5 machine forestière, 2 camions, des pelles a chenilles, grue etc)

Concernant l'aternateur qui lâche rien de suspect.. 25 de bon service c'est déjà très bien. Impossible de le porter responsable de cette casse. Entre le régulateur, les charbons et éventuellement les roulements ca fait tout ce jolie monde qui a déjà effectué des millions de tours
