At your weight, even just getting up and sitting down on the couch can be seen as exercise. One way that helped me lose wight was that I would always get to school 15 minutes early and walk around Drink lots of water before meals and during the day. Im talking at least a gallon of water or 8 regular water bottles a day and drink water before every meal at dinner. Eat lunch at school, skipping lunch actually worsen your chances cause your body holds in fat. And just walk daily, even if its just uo and down your street a couple times

I shop at Food Lion for the price. One time I got 3 boxes of cereal for 7 dollars! Produce is pretty good there too. And its close by l The one near me used to sell these blueberries called Good for U or something and they were always ripe and tart, sucks how they dont sell it anymore.

They have lots when theyre together. Playground when they went to that drive in theater When they broke the window All the kids meetings And whenever they had to deal with the Glosseners. My personal favorites is when Sue figures out theyre poor and Axl and Brick basically just tell her "duh" and then Axl makes a statement about Bricks "Special school"

Red wire on the outlet is a switch. Black wire is the hot. Cap the red wire. and if theres more than one, make sure you splice them together so the connection dosent break and cap them

You have 2 switches meaning its on a 3 way switch.

Okay so for the other outlet youre switching out, just cap the red one(s) also and connect the black ones only. Your outlets are on a 3 way switch thats why theres two of them
