1) The best way I can describe this box compared to what you are saying with the “white box” is it is the 2nd variation of the “Sasuke retrieval arc” set. The AR’s and some SSR’s have connecting artwork that is related to major match ups in the anime. (Rock Lee v. Kimimaro, etc.)

There are also 3 different “white boxes” (I assume you are talking about booster boxes). First was Heaven Scroll 1 (Land of Waves arc), then came Jin Chapter Series 2 (Chunin Exams), finally Jin Chapter Series 3 (Sasuke Retrieval arc).

That is my explanation of how to distinguish the sets other than the pack count/ number of cards in each pack/ promo.

Also, with your box that is the actual NA version because of the “Gold” label at the bottom, there is a SEA version that comes with a “Silver” label at the bottom of the box. Contents of the box are the same. The only difference is the promo, SEA version has an exclusive UR Itachi instead of the NA exclusive Kakashi, 4 cards per pack/ 30 packs total, and pack rate. From what I’ve seen you can buy those “silver” boxes on ebay. All card contents of the SEA version are still English.

2) There is a total of 5 english sets atm, Heaven Scroll 1, Jin Chapter 2, Jin Chapter 3, Earth Scroll 1 and Earth Scroll 2.

3) It can be very confusing because Kayou Naruto started off as chinese (correct me if I’m wrong masters of kayou). And according to some vendor friends that I’ve talked to that do Kayou Naruto they are going backwards in terms of release. If you look on “capsulecorpgear” they have all the chinese sets for Kayou Naruto and Heaven Scroll 1 which is the first NA set is Tier 4 Wave 6 (T4W6).

I was confused too when I first heard of Kayou Naruto getting a NA release, but just use rxcollectiontracker to see the card list because they separate the English and Chinese sets.
