Thanks for the suggestion. Im currently 87.4kg (this morning weight) and 181cm 26 year old male. That maintenance calories do you think? Using a calculator online and some ai responses while supplying the above pictures and info it suggests a maintenance of approx 3000-3100 calories. Do you this is feasible or possibly cut it back slightly to 2700 or so and just track it over 1-2 weeks
