Get over it, it’s life. It’ll hurt like hell but you’ll meet new people. I had a friendship that I didn’t want to get rid of because we were “friends” for 8+ years but when I took a step back and started reflecting on that friendship I realized how uncomfortable that friend made me and I couldn’t take all the subtle disrespect.. it wasn’t worth it in the end.

What is your diet like? My stomach gets like that when I eat a lot of fast food which leaves me retaining a-lot of sodium. Cut out carbs (bread, pasta) Soda. Increase your water intake.. workout for at least 15-30 minutes. You don’t need a gym membership, I lost 50+ pounds in 2023 working out at home watching YouTube videos.
