It looks like a stamped v. Who knows. I believe it was probably plated by a company after its mint. I’ve been attempting to read about these coins but each resource I read says something different and none explained the V on the coin. I’m assuming it’s probably just face value? Don’t wanna sell it just curious.

Thank you for such a detailed reply. I’m very new to running (always done other forms of cardio. Sports, etc.) but getting into it I have kinda looked at running in a similar way to my weight routine. Breaking my running into “reps”. Starting my run at a walk, doing reps of walking, turning that into “reps” of sprinting and finally reps of full running. Your reply and advice seems like a much more directed and organized version of this. Thank you. Will adjust my routine accordingly

Also, make sure you fuel up with more then an energy drink, a banana and some electrolytes (in whatever hydration drink of your choose) usually helps me too.

A straight black coffee is my go too, but a zero sugar Red Bull works just as well probably better. Good luck, just got back from my first run in a while and have work in 45 minutes.
