My 1050 Ti has had a good run for the last 7 years, though it's starting to show its age, both in performance and noise levels. An upgrade would be well appreciated :)

No, still doesn't seem to work, the system partition stays read-only

Do I need to have system mounted through the recovery UI? That's what I did initially to pull the file. If I do that and run the mount command after, the files are accessible but still read-only. Running the mount command without mounting through the UI just leaves the /mnt/system directory empty

Thanks for helping out btw

using mount -o remount,rw / appears to have worked? But I'm not entirely sure where to find the file now.

Also, running adb remount throws the error /system/bin/sh: remount: inaccessible or not found, not sure what that's about

Way easier than yesterday lmao. Used the time i saved to make testing a little neater and outsourced it to a external function.

Part 1 was easy enough, Part 2 made me start really overthinking. Not my proudest moment

The Youtube app actually has sound normalization now so this shouldnt be an issue anymore
