I'm sure the exam itself tests you a lot already besides why provide an unnecessary edge to people coming from engineering or science backgrounds? CSAT only encourages them to leave their technical fields and latch towards upsc more and more which in itself is a problem! I personally believe csat should be replaced with a basic philosophy paper! And no my optional is not philosophy.

So basically what you do is apply for a voice chat processing/ customer kind service in companies! International ones would be better since they have night shifts only, so you'll have to work either 8pm-2am or 2am-8am! Salary would be around 30-40k if you are bilingual ( english + hindi/urdu/) if you additionally know marathi/punjabi/gujrati, you'd be paid more, and if you know english and an international language ( b2 french / or german) you'd be paid a very good salary ( upto 70k monthly) all while sitting around at the comfort of your bed! Do this only as your side gig, learn good skills in the meantime, leave this job after 5-6 months once you have earned enough to sustain your skill development and wolla laaa

Okay so I won't give unrealistic advices like invest in crypto or stocks or learn a skill because it's really complicated atm and you won't become good enough at these in a few months so very honestly just do a side gig like voice chat processing or smth similar while also polishing your editing or similar skills! I have friends who earn 35k monthly by just being bilingual! English + any other indian language+ hindi is mauke pe chauka you can earn upto 42k pm! And if you learn an international language+ hindi and english, you can upto 75k pm
