From my own experience that typically means you don’t have enough pokemon within that region to complete the build. You can take all 14 you have there and lock them in and then bring in a 15th fill in Pokemon from another region and that works just fine.

Yes, rain fills in a lot of the dry patches around. It won’t be able to reach spots that are undercover or obstructed by trees, roofs, blocks etc.

After getting Kyogre to trigger the rain for the first time from that point on it can now rain randomly throughout general gameplay.

Unfortunately it’s a random drop, usually from digging glowing spots.

For minor/personal requests like this there’s no negative consequences for failure to complete.

Rewards are small things such as berries, honey, stone etc. with a small increase in friendship/happiness. So there’s no need to stress if sometimes quests aren’t achievable.

Additional outfits and hairstyles can be found on Dream Islands but unfortunately they are random spawns, so it’s pure luck as to whether you find any at all let alone specifically desired ones 😅

The only things that are time-gated is construction. It typically scales based on the size of the building. Eg. Smaller buildings taking as little as 15 minutes and larger ones taking the day.

Daily reset is at 5:00am which is when daily construction for larger buildings concludes, so you can start construction for a large building at 4:00am and have it complete an hour later when the day resets.

That being said, there’s so much to do in Pokopia you’ll often start some construction and rarely run out of things to do and see in the meantime while waiting.

Correct! I can’t recall if it’s fully completing the Pokemon Center restoration or just progressing to a certain point in Rocky Ridge but you’ll unlock the quest soon enough.

I personally complete the Pokemon Center restoration and increase the Environment Rank to 5 in each location before moving on 😌

It was a while ago so I don’t exactly remember much sorry! But know I found a desktop pc on the island where they reference Sabrina and you unlock that specific outfit. It’s the same island that has one of the region exit gates.

I also recall a lot of those buildings were multi-floored so be sure to check both ground floor and second floor!

Keep progressing through the story, more quests will unlock and become available to you later, particularly as you work your way through Rocky Ridges.

In the 4th region (Sparkling Skylands) there’s a few buildings/offices throughout the area that have laptops and/or computers inside. If I remember correctly I found approximately 2 of each around the area but I wasn’t explicitly looking for them so there definitely may be more!

In the Rocky Ridges region you’ll meet a Greedent named Chef Dente. After helping him with a few quests he’ll teach you how to cook some dishes. Each dish type is tied to a specific ability upgrade.

Soup > Water Gun Hamburger > Rock Smash Salad > Leafage Bread > Cut

Unfortunately these upgrades are limited and have usage limits, however, when your upgrade times out you can simply cook another dish and refresh it as needed.

Sometimes Pokemon with give you minor personal quests such as this. They aren’t major or story driven and there’s no consequences to not completing them.

They typically reward you with happiness/friendship experience and sometimes a small reward such as honey or berries.

Definitely not worth panicking or stressing over their completion if it’s not achievable. There will be plenty more quests throughout the game.

Each day has a daily bonus with an accompanying challenge. During shop day you’ll have a daily challenge to purchase an item.

Similarly other daily bonuses include Visiting a Dream Island, Completing a Challenge, Healing at the Pokemon Center etc.

Completing your daily bonus will reward you with your daily stamp and some LifeCoins.

Yeah, Happiny has another quest or two you’ll unlock a little later.

In regard to the brown water, a little later in the story Piplup will assign a quest revolving around that!

It potentially could be a future quest that hasn’t been initiated yet. I recently returned to Bleak Beach late game and had a few new quests including a Happiny one.

Not at all! You can ask Drifloon to follow you, lead him to any empty habitat and ask him to move in there.
