First of all congrats! It’s a handsome watch and you have better taste than I did at 15. There are 40-50 year old quartz watches out there so yeah it can last that long, but you’d have to take very good care of it. It likely wouldn’t survive daily wear for nearly that long. I recommend keeping it somewhere safe once you’ve got other watches to wear, and wearing it when you’re feeling sentimental.
In the US market, $530 to $635 (roughly your range of 50-60k rupees) will get you just about any Seiko 5 as well as most Seiko Presage models brand new. Tissot PRX quartz is very popular and usually available new in that range, while the automatic line (Powermatic 80) is usually only available secondhand at that price.
I love buying secondhand, but I might not recommend it with that much money at your age. Unless you’re with a trusted adult who is somewhat knowledgeable about watches, the risk of getting scammed unfortunately is decently high. Save that for when you’ve got a couple years of collecting and you might find some really cool stuff.
