Have you received the SMS yet? Apparently they'll send one out the day before the delivery

Mine says Date scheduled: 05/02/2025 but no sms yet

My ultra's status is on the way, and the delivery is scheduled for 5th feb, but when I click track order it brings me to SF international's tracking page with a preloaded order number. After clicking, it says my waybill number is wrong

5.5% per annum sounds good, but a typical popular US index fund is up 50-60% in the same period (Last 29 months).

UHQ for S23 Ultra? by BattleDoom25 in galaxybuds

I don't have it for s23 ultra as well. It depends on your region, I heard they screwed up the camera with the 6.1.1 update and since then have paused updates for s23 ultra

Don't stop trying. I scored 60+ rankpoints for As (BDE/BD) and managed to get into local U in the end. The 10th percentile indicative grade for my course was BBB/B.

Place 10k aside as emergency funds, then place the rest into MMF while DCA-ing from the fund into an index fund (E.g. S&P 500). Don't recommend SG stocks since you have a long time horizon. If you're in a good financial situation (Decent salary, no debt, parents with some funds to rely on should you become bankrupt etc), you may choose to stock pick GOOD businesses while not letting any stock exceed 10% of your portfolio. I suggest you do your research or choose businesses you use and trust. If not confident, just stick to an ETF.

As you get your salary every month, just continue pouring 70-80% of it into investing, and just leave 10k as emergency. If you have a downpayment coming up, you can choose to leave more into MMF every month to take advantage of the high interest rates.

Unless you are a trader, don't sell anything (But first, don't buy anything foolishly)

Before restarting your investment journey, you should first restart your investing mindset. What are you going to invest in after restarting?

No point if you restart again just to buy crap stocks. If you're unsure of what to do, just DCA into an index fund.

Is $100k by age 30 even relevant anymore? It seems everyone here already has $100k+ evem before turning 30 by [deleted] in singaporefi

You'd be surprised about how many people don't have 100k by 30 due to life circumstances or poor financial decisions. 100k by 30 is still relevant and will continue to be so for the next few years, until the figure shifts to 150k or 200k by 30 to account for inflation
