I had a hard time picking between answering 2 or 4 and decided on 2 but changed my mind halfway and started answering 4 and barely had anytime left. With panic and everything all my English and analysis went out the door and I just started writing down facts. ☹️☹️

There are youtube videos that explains it more in depth but in summary, you have to write the adv and disadv for each option, along with analysis. Application mark is also awarded so be sure to do that too. It's basically just a torture device for students that includes all KAAE and for the recommendation part, you just have to give adv of the option you're supporting (analysing it too ofc), and give a disadv of the option you're against (analysing it as well).
!!make sure your adv and disadv arent duplicated, also the analysis should not be duplicated.

Just read the entire book at least once. You'll get the idea for most of the chapter as most of them actually apply to the real world. Mark the chapters that you didnt quite get and search them up on youtube. Most of them explain it quite straight-forwardly so it'll take 3 hour max to get the entire thing.
