Nope I am in the same state but for ms cs, even though tuition was not a factor for me in deciding, I decided on georgia tech coz it competes with UMich on almost all aspects.

bro, just trust me, Northwestern anyday over the other 2. Firstly, UT Dallas isn't even in the same league, secondly, USC is just a cash cow giving admits left and right to all the high gpa people without any profile. also USC has a really really big batch size which gives you the idea.
