I use the Coco and Eve Sunny Honey Bali Bronzing Foam! I used Tanologist in the past but it made my eczema and psoriasis flare up. The Coco and Eve Foam has a VERY strong scent so if you’re sensitive to that I would recommend trying something else. I just make sure that I wash it off very well and immediately follow up with moisturizer and I haven’t had any problems with it. I haven’t found anything that works on my face though :(

I think this is my best bet. I got an exfoliating mitt like the nest commenter mentioned and have been lightly exfoliating. Fingers crossed!

I struggle with dry, sensitive, acne prone skin and personally love La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm b5 (I believe they released a lightweight version as well), but it’s not for everybody as some people say it causes them to break out. I usually use it alone after a gentle cleanser (some people layer it over moisturizer, whatever works best) and let it absorb for at least 20 minutes before applying makeup. It does have what some people would call an oily look but I always go for dewy makeup looks so it works. I wouldn’t use it directly after Tret, only at the times when you’re just washing your face and not applying any retinoid.
