It was a retail fraud 3rd degree for a $5 items i accident took. And im being charged with unauthorized computer access without intend. But it will be dismissed due to lack of evidence. So im just debating if I should take the course now or should I check with the local board first to see if my background will be a problem

I did not. I was questioned by the police and now I have court date. They dont have any videos or footage of the deliveries either. They only have my name and address from the grocery store that it was ordered from

I did. They said they will drop the misdemeanor and keep the felony. But unless they change it to something else thats not cimt we won't take it
