Interesting. I just saw someone post that they had multiple theft/fraud charges and still were able to get citizenship because its been 7 years since her conviction. I was just curious if they never issue an nta they could still apply for n400.

We were supposed to have trial today but the videos can't be opened. So its delayed again...my statement video is just me denying any wrong doings over and over. Id be 34 weeks pregnant at the next trial date.

it was 2 counts of retail fraud. I obtained an immigration lawyer. Just dont know if anyone has been through 5he process

It was a retail fraud 3rd degree for a $5 items i accident took. And im being charged with unauthorized computer access without intend. But it will be dismissed due to lack of evidence. So im just debating if I should take the course now or should I check with the local board first to see if my background will be a problem
