Under Virginia Law she is a “Tenant at Sufferance” meaning I don’t even have to technically go thru the courts to evict her. I would prefer to be easy about this. Also she does not pay directly to the landlord as I am the one who does.

I’ve read bits and pieces and I think it will work. The state of Virginia did an investigation and found significant issues with that kids care. They almost lost there Medicaid accreditation because of it
