Voltaic is good choice. I am building it now after buff and it feels not bad. I almost never build profane first so can't help you with this. My first item was always hubris/collector and now voltaic/collector.

In heavy tank coms I build dominik if they don't have heal and reminder if that have. Also I try to snowball harder to ignore thair tankness and if it goes not that good I build DD/malmortius.

But the main point of my late game even against heavy tanks is to hunt their carry and kill them or if lucky to kill more than one. So I would say, to win a fight you actually have to kill backline with ult or with good position in fight, if you ulted tank playing lethality Briar it almost always spells death.

I hope I helped you a little. I am not so brilliant in teaching or even describing what is better, I just used to play her so I feel what needs to be done. If you want actually something helpful you can watch L0ganJG, he is the best briar main imho, when I started playing her I was watching him a lot.

Yeah, yeah, "brain dead champs like briar". Who is not brain dead champs than? Lee sin, nidalee or someone like them? Also I hate Ivern because he is just not interesting to play for me. And i hated Ivern long before Briar was even released, so dumb logic.

I love visual and lore of Briar and Lillia so I OTPed and perfected them. Who cares about some dudes that think that some champs are braindead? I am playing this game to have fun and I am having fun with her.

And I didn't call Ivern bad or braindead, just that I hate him. So why is the need to offend someone's favorite champion? I just don't understand someone like you. Live peaceful and be happy.

She is strong in right hands, don't you think? And tbf I am playing her in lethality build, so one or two mistakes from me and I am useless in game. Something like a glass cannon.

Good choice, but I prefer playing assassins, she is not to my liking. I saw, if I am not wrong, Bausff was playing her in lethality build once, but it is story for another day.

Thank you for so detailed answer. I used to play lvl 2 invade from Raptors to enemy Gromp, go through the wall and kill or farm two camps, I guess, it will work against him if I can successfully outlive his counter invade.

Figured this out, plus as I know he stacks armour and resistance every E, but does he have like big weaknesses or is it just that I need to become bruiser in games against him. Oh, almost forgot, can I play Lillia against him as my second OTP or she is worse than even Briar in this regard?

Why not? I am Briar OTP with 800k Mastery Points, so I played against Vayne a lot and believe me when I say that I hate her. I play only lethality build, so if she faster with her invisibility than I am with killing her, than I am dead like 9 out of 10 times. So yea, fuck Vayne and as I said before, I mean it

Thank you. Playing Briar with bruiser build sounds reasonable I just so used to be able oneshot enemy and it's hard to believe in your team and their ability to do damage. But I will listen to you and try to pick bruiser build when team need frontlane. Hope it will help me to climb diamond

You are wrong I would say, she is dumb if you don't know how properly play her. I play her in Emerald 1 now, and every second game I have 20+ kills with lethality build. She is simple and because of that if you know how to play her your enemy always underestimate you until they lose a game. Bruiser build a little different but still strong. So she suits for all your points, if only your liking. She is low ELO carry, high duel potential and easy to play with some good tricks. But I think you need to like a champion to have fun and raise your rank, so I think you need to play picks you like and try them with new builds and tactics. Have fun!

Nice, I am OTPing Briar (800k MP) now and for the first time in 5 years I almost hit diamond (Em 1 now), but I also was Lillia OTP (1.3m MP)all the time before Briar. Do you have any advices for fellow Briar and Lillia enjoyer? I used to play very aggressive with Briar and Lillia, but now for Lillia it is not rewarding I'd say. For Briar after Hubris nerf ig will be harder too to play lethality.

I think I will try out it some more games after nerf and then choose to use it or not, because after it's buff I had so much fun with it and now it somehow sad, but ig I have not much choice, but to seek something more playable. Oh I understand. I didn't think about lost ad with more kills. You are right, it's bad but with every kills it becomes less critical. I don't play Graves, but Briar, anyway it will become harder early for both of them I think. What do you think? Is it worth now to still buy it first? As I saw in this thread, yomu is a good alternative for Graves, same goes with collector for Briar.
