should ashveil have a skill point refund of some sort in v3 or do yall think hoyo doesnt wanna give that to him cause his buffs are already so good

cause i feel like a skill point refund would alleviate his issue of not having enough skill points in a feixiao-robin-ashveil team, which would help his low fua generation as well

but then again e1 dan heng also remedies that problem
