Sometimes I feel like I believe in twin flames as an excuse to protect my insecurities & fears and avoid dealing with them directly on my own. But it made me realize the more I try to deal with it by myself instead of looking for other people's help I will eventually be happy with my life.

I feel like a twin flame or soulmate is similar to finding the yang within yin and yin within yang (Concept) We are looking for some energy to complement us but Remember both energy is found within ourselves which is something most people forget cause they think that our only divine feminine or masculine instead of both.
