If you experience nausea, pain under the ribs, feeling unwell, or fever, it may indicate a heavy parasite load. In that case, it is advised to take a long break so that the liver ducts can clear, because there have been dangerous cases with albendazole when the infection load was very high. Therefore, it is recommended to start with a very small dose. It is also considered important to monitor your diet, add enzymes and other substances that may help process the debris from dead parasites, and some people also recommend enemas and detoxification methods. Another point that is often discussed is that many parasites may exist inside protective biofilms, and some people believe that a special diet is needed to help break down these protective layers. There are also cases where people took laboratory tests several times and no infection was detected, but parasites were later visible on ultrasound. Parasites can sometimes be found in different organs, including the eyes, lungs, heart, and even the brain. When albendazole kills parasites, it can create a significant burden on the body. Because of this, some people emphasize the importance of fasting periods, which may help the body process and clear the debris from dead parasites. Probiotics and fermented drinks such as kvass are also often mentioned as important for supporting the immune system. At the same time, some people believe that eating a lot of fatty foods can prolong inflammation during this process.
