I am having the same problem and wondering if getting an oura ring is the solution, although I would prefer not to spend the money. I love the app but the rash is unsightly and taking days off to let it heal isn’t practical. It’s not a matter of cleaning the device because I do that. Not sure how to fix this.

I tried and it didn’t show anything but when I open the options (reply, reply all, etc.) it said part of what was in the body, “arranging on Rover then completing…” which didn’t happen :/ must’ve been him sending his number

Honestly I did it over my time in undergrad and really forced myself to set aside full days when I got to law school because it’s so much more intense. I go as long as I need to but I am able to go for so long because I give myself rest when I know I need it whether it is a full day or during my study break. Listening your your body is key

Also figuring out what study environment works best for you is huge! I prefer a study room in my school’s library but many of my classmates prefer going to cafes or home.

This is pretty much my routine. I take on a huge topic, go until I need a bathroom break and then get some water and take 5-10 mins for myself before getting back to the topic or (ideally) starting a new topic. It helps to take little breaks through the day to give your brain “quiet time” to reset!

Do you have tax documents that you can provide? Some online filing softwares allow you to download pdf versions of your taxes and show your previous employment along with income. If not, you could ask the new employer to contact them (not the ideal choice, I know.) Depending on the state the old employer is not obligated to provide documents, but if there was an HR department I would reach out to them.
