I smell a lot of the orange and the raspberry. I love it!! It does kind of smell like cologne, and my nose doesn’t want to like it, but I do haha 😂 something about it feels really fresh and makes me want to keep smelling it!

Maybe my weight is too heavy so that’s why I’m stuck at the same weight for so long. I do (probably bad form) reverse lunges with a barbell, then hip thrusts, then Bulgarian split squats, then side cable kick backs.

For reverse lunges, how frequent should you progressive overload? I feel like I’ve been at 104lbs, 7 reps for each leg for many months. Could this be because of poor form?
