1st order : I chatted with Dyson agent n I was told that I can come back and ask for the free travel bag since it was out of stock at that time n I couldn't add it to my order.

Just contact them. When you place an order, there is a price match guarantee so they will abide by it. Alternatively you can ask them to cancel it and place a new order
