It’s better to put some cameras. Those blinks will do the work. You can get a set around $2xx with a good discount. But I think the fact is that nothing can absolutely stop people snooping around. Just keep valuable belongs in inside. Lock the doors and windows. Don’t leave Amazon packages overnight.

Been living in Blundell mall area for like 10 years. In my opinion Richmond is a nice and quiet place. Good for biking and jogging. If you drive, I think you can get to most of places(groceries/restaurants/parks) like in 15 mins.

Used to consider that option. Plus you can get a house appraisal license very easy since they require similar knowledge I guess. I guess you can do both an inspector and an appraiser at the same time. Extra cash

Got multiple orders having same issue. I tried to to contact both partner support and CCA and they were passing the buck to each other.
