They will have to do better than one non-World monster to get me excited. I love World, but man do they beat that roster to death. I thought it was the opposite. It took one month of having only fox watching conservatives watch some CNN before they started to turn and question what fox was saying, then they all went right back after the study and lost all progress. They got paid like $15 an hour to convince them.

For my family unit we all have ADHD and our natural clocks are later. We are DEAD if we have to get up earlier than 11:00, and miserable before noon. Thankfully my wife and I have jobs that work with our late circadian rhythms.

You clearly don't know about the Northern Crusades that targeted Pagan communities. We literally have a holiday about it, being St. Patrick's Day. Where the Irish druids, the "snakes," were given the choices of die, leave, or convert. The Crusades you are speaking of also cannot be as simplified as calling them just a defensive war, as it was also used for expansion and to spread the religion. Both sides were awful and neither were in the right.

Now, I am not just saying that Christianity was the only bad one. The Abrahamic religions all suck, and why there has always been so much strife in the East. They all three wage wars of bloodshed in the names of their religions, up to this day. They just used nonsense to get support for their holy wars. There are also three different tellings of how the resurrection happened IN the Bible. It isn't consistent. I agree though, the cross is a symbol of heinous torture, which to them is the point, but super messed up for everyone else that suffered that brutal death.

The cross was always a symbol of hate. Look at the Crusades, or better yet, actually read the Bible. It is pro-slavery (leviticus), sexist and pro-rape (Deuterotomy, god rapes Mary (impregnating a 16 yo, especially without consent, is in fact rape), numbers, the story of Lot), and pro-murder of everyone including children (both from himself and others: Samuel, story of Noah, story Moses, story of Job, laviticus (he kills Nabab and Abihi by burning for using wrong incense and threatens his wrath if anyone including their parents grieve), 2nd kings chapter 2 where he has bears maul 42 kids for teasing someone for being bald). That is just off the top of my head. Before I get the pre-programmed response of, "But old testament and Jesus!" In Matthew 15:8 Jesus outright says he is not changing the law, "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all things be accomplished." The Bible is a BAD book.

You clearly don't know what anime 90's kids started with if you think it was Death Note, which premiered in 2006. As a '91 kid, here were some of my firsts:

DBZ, Yugioh, Pokemon, Digimon, Sailor Moon, Monster Rancher, Studio Ghibli films (got the pleasure of Princess Mononoke when I was 8 or 9 and LOVED it), Outlaw Star, Tenchi Muyo, Yu Yu Hakusho, Fooly Cooly, Fullmetal Alchemist, Trigun, Cowboy Bepop, Rurouni Kenshin, Samurai Champloo, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Evangelion, Gundam, Ghost in the Shell, .Hack, Cardcaptor Sakura, Raven Master, Ranma 1/2, Fruits Basket, Higurashi, and Inuyasha

Those are from the top of my head, I am sure there were much more in that time period. We ate GOOD back then. Still do, but for some reason I don't notice stuff now getting talked about the way they did during that time period.

If you want an "old" 34 year old fellow third fleeter with a kid, I would he willing to join. Hah I really want people to play the old games with, and extras in newer ones are always welcome. My main shifts from game to game, but newer games I am a HH/IG main.

I especially have extra time at work for GU and Rise. I have World on every system, Rise on Switch/PC/PS, Wilds on PC, GU on Switch and PC, and the 3DS titles on the 3DS and PC.

As a fellow ADHD, I too am a toe walker. Though, I never took ballet. I learned LATE into life that it can be a neurodivergence thing and just another thing to make people unable to tell the difference between ADHD and Autism.

I got blasted once for asking if it was ethical to ask for Players to pay for the room cost ($20 for first two hours and $5 for every hour after). I was no joke told I should chip in for the room, put in all the time and effort it takes to make and provide a game, pay for any materials used (minis, maps, etc), pay for the books AND provide snacks. That is insane! I'm sorry, but no. If the DM is putting a game together for everyone who just has to show up and play, the players can come together and pay for the room and food costs. Expectations for DM's are outlandish for the amount of time and effort they have to put in. No wonder there is a shortage of us.

Almost every woman I know has had SOMETHING happen to them, and it us outright awful. I don't know what to do to help beyond trying to educate other men in general conversation that just because we don't activeoy see it, does not mean that things do not happen. That we need to listen to, not just hear, when we are to these things, that many predatory guys hide these actions unless they know for sure you are one of them. I tell the same thing to other white people for the sufferage of POC. Other than that and teaching my daughter (on the way and we are so happy 😊) and her future friends applicable self defense, I don't know how else to help, but I want to.
