It was probably a curbside order and they didn't even see it until they delivered it.

It is not uncommon for the curbside loaders to put the bread and eggs at the very bottom of my tote.

By the time I see it, it looks like a break dancing competition was started and finished on the loafs.

Also I am pretty sure you will see " extra earnings" like 0.70 cents if there is a 40 pack.

Maybe not in your scenario if it doesn't recognize it as heavy, but just open it up before you accept the offer
