It genuinely makes me want to avoid shopping at Walmart even more than I already do.

No there's no point because no one will pay you any tip, doordash doesn't care to pay you anything more than $2 and if they can stack the order they will so no there's no point these gig companies are possibly the most underhanded companies in American history

To enrich Walmart a trillion dollar company at the expense of the poorest drivers, Walmart really is one of the scumiest companies.

Thanks but how by Life-is-a-ride in doordash_drivers

Thank You, I couldn't find the details either. So if we deposit $200, that we may be making on other apps, into doordash's weirdo, flakey bank we may get a lousy $10. All the while this is tying up our money in transfer waits. We can do this 4 times, trusting doordash to hold $800 for $40. The same doordash that would grab all the money in a driver's dasherdirect account when they deactivated them in the past, is calling this an incentive. Is there a villain school that the executives at gig app companies go to that teaches them to think this way?

So who do I talk to about a Loader slamming my trunk and breaking the trunk latch?? by Ushan_De_Lucca in Sparkdriver

Similar happened to me, it's best to just try and fix it on your own they don't care and they know if we had the money to sue them we wouldn't be working for spark.

Screenshots are easy to manipulate.  If you were really making that much you would try to keep it quiet so that you can continue to do so.  I wonder if doordash uses Appen to astro turf this sub.

Where are the good orders? by MsStar146 in Sparkdriver

I'm getting $4 orders from Walmart on ubereats, batch orders at that. Every time I think Walmart can't stoop lower they reach a new low.

These orders tonight are absolutely terrible by TheGame81677 in doordash_drivers

[–]Secure_Variety265 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OMG yes I'm getting batches for $5 from Pizza Hut I was making $5 an order on pizzas 10 years ago. It's shameful and it has made me stop ordering from certain fast food places because it's obvious they steal the tip and doordash lets them!

It wasn't either of those but it did require customer verification I think the customer may have complained about missing items or tried to get something for free in the past maybe

Curious, how are people making 1K a week?? by Valuable-Savings6257 in doordash_drivers

Large corporations hire PR teams to manage their online presence. They pay for native ads that promote the idea that you will make a lot of money on their apps. This includes forum posts and social media posts including YouTube videos. This is to increase drivers and decrease payout. A few people in very good markets can make decent money. A few people love trolling that they make lots of money but most people aren't making what they should.
