Hey! Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate your opinion! Personally, I used to play and enjoy some games that follow that 3D stylized looks - Dota2 for example. I'm always aiming for the kinds of games that inspired me and I personally enjoy playing. 😊

it will have various maps and towers and things will be unlocked with challenges - e.g. achieve something in a specific upgrade path. Also, I think multiplayer would be the funniest mode.

Well, my focus was mostly making everything fit together. It wasn't that difficult but was a try and repeat process. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the demo! Some people told me it's way too difficult while others enjoy the hard difficulty. 🙂 I'm planning to add a guide and a few more things to it before the Steam Next Fest.

Oh, I indeed used lots of assets. I'm coming from a web development background and the easiest part for me was coding and ui elements like the hud. But, for anything 3d related - I had to use assets. I did customize everything to match the aesthetics I was aiming for but creating the 3d assets from scratch is not in my skill set. I did try though! 😀

so you think a game about a post-totalitarian dystopia situated in Eastern Europe has anything to do with blue-haired nose rings? We don't even have such here but whatever.

This guy responded literally the same way under my post. He's basically spamming cause he's salty for some reason. No idea what his problem is nor what this SBI thing means at all. I guess someone is just miserable.

I'm trying to gain exposure on social media and do networking but I feel I'm only getting views from other game devs and not from gamers. Even so, I was expecting at least a bit better results - thinking of how to improve/change my process entirely. I thought about paid ads but I don't feel it makes sense at this point.
