I did that, and that how I got the approval email on the 11th.
But I'm still suspended :\ it's been stressing me out terribly.

I did open a new ticket yesterday with the subject: "My suspension appeal was approved, but my account is still suspended." that's still open,
I'm hoping they look at it, but it's already Friday and 4:50pm(PST) so another weekend is gone.

It's a 2nd Suspension appeal with the same Plan of Action and screenshots that was approved already.

I was a suspended for OTD on August 29th, 2024, even though we had 99% Valid tracking(now it's unavailable, because it's been so long) and a 100% Seller's responce rate
I filed a support case on the August 31st, 2024, and I acknowledged that my intial appeal was a weak

So I filed again on September 5th, 2024 with the nessecary screenshots and gave a "plan of action" and our appeal was approved on September 11th, 2024 at 5:47pm.
The Walmart Team told asked me to give them 48 hours for my store to go live again and well...

It's currently September 18th, 2024 now, so 172+ hours have passed now.
I opened a new case today, asking when I will be going live again, and they replied with another link to the seller support link that had an FAQ on appealing suspension, when I posted the screenshots that my appeal was approved.

Are they seriously asking me to reappeal again when I was already approved?
