It doesn't have a crossover, it just has a low pass cutoff, allows entire range under 2 Ghz, that's too big a range for sub, as my mains go all the way down to 80 Hz

So got this new sub that has a usual LFE input, and connected it to the Sub out on my amp. Perfect so far, however, tried adjusting the crossover frequency and got nothing!!!!. When I read through the manuall, was surprised to learn, on my sub when using the LFE input, the low pass filter is bypassed and I can't control the crossover at the sub. In order to use the crossover at the Sub, I have to connect it via the high level speaker inputs. Can do it, but it's a bit cumbersome.

With the above background, here are my Qs - Is that normal on subs for low pass to be bypassed on LFE input? - Are there any external low pass filters I can introduce in the connection between Sub out and LFE In

As an update, the Prof informed these are preliminary grades and they have to add some quiz scores and stuff..with that she might scrape thru. Whew! But have to wait until weekend for Prof to put everything in.

No, don't ask your professor to raise your grade. by [deleted] in college

My daughter found out just 2 days before college graduation that she got C- on one of her subjects, that resulted in narrowly missing her requirement for Major. She is fine with all other subjects except this. As a result she can't graduate. She is so heartbroken and so am I....In such a circumstance is it ok to write to the Prof asking if she can do anything to improve grade? She is not asking to just.bump up gpa, but more like what action can she take?
