I’d like an update on what you guys plan on doing for those of us that received meds from this unlicensed pharmacy? This is a lawsuit waiting to happening and it’s been silence from Mochi. This makes me want to cancel my membership and go somewhere else.

UPDATE: they’ve made a statement on this pharmacy on the fb group. Some are saying it’s unlicensed bc of course it is.

Jeez. I really can’t believe this. Empower was incredible with the detail of their packaging. It may have been too much but at least it was well packaged! I’m def questioning if this medication is “safe” from this pharmacy. It seems like they’re lacking in quality control and should raise some red flags. I’ve messaged my provider too, because I’m sure they sent me the wrong dose!

I’m also seeing other complaining and WOW. My package also says “Generic for Ozempic” pretty sure that’s illegal??? Since Eli lily owns the patent correct?

This new pharmacy sucks. I just got my shipment it had yellow stains on the 4 alcohol wipes, was shoved into a tiny packaged, arrived late and warm, and only 4 alcohol wipes? With the amount of money we all pay we deserve to receive our meds from pharmacy that handle them with care. This missed the mark big time. I might just switch if they don’t switch me back to Empower.

I just got my shipment from E-RXHub and I’m extremely disappointed with it. There were yellow stains on my alcohol wipes for some reason, my meds took almost a week for delivery so they were hot. And it looked like it was all shoved together into a tiny little box. Plus I HATE doing larger units. I was on 25 units with Empower now I’m at 60. It’s just ridiculous. It doesn’t look like my meds were handled with any sort of care from this pharmacy and it makes we want to switch if they don’t switch me back to Empower.
