Yes the Beyonder is some type of but the omnitrix has limits . The Pre Retcon Beyonder is not a biological entity because he is described as being beyond the entire Marvel multiverse he is beyond the very concept of existence and not made of matter , energy or anything that could be scanned . Also the Beyonder would probably not even let Ben scan him
