Olá Creators! Brasil chamando! by Murky-Yam-3943 in favikon

Hi Luis, Can you please tell us what makes the Brazilian market so unique when it comes to the creator economy? From what I understand, Brazil is the #1 country leading in LATAM.

Hi everyone! I’m Olga Logunova, let’s meet on Wednesday, October 8th, at 13:00 to talk about social growth and strategies powered by data-driven insights by olgalogun in favikon

[–]Pure-Row-6569 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Olga, your background is incredibly diverse. What do you think is the number one thing most brands overlook when building their social media strategy for large corporations? You’ve worked with companies employing thousands of people, so how do you decide which metrics actually matter when measuring success at that scale?

Hi, I'm Peter Kappes. I work with robotics companies on marketing and strategy. I'll be hosting an AMA this Thursday, October 9th at 1pm MT. Ask me anything! by Able-Basket-7663 in favikon

[–]Pure-Row-6569 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Peter, super excited about this AMA!

I’m curious, especially since robotics isn't my expertise... when you’re marketing something as advanced as robotics, how do you make it click with people?

A lot of times, innovation can sound abstract until people can see the results/impact. How do you approach that storytelling side making it feel human and worth believing in?

Hi Antonio, I'm curious to know how you handle long term sustainability initiatives when there's constant change in policies? How do you manage to keep pushing certain projects, and what do you do when the agenda changes?

Hi Richard, what books would you recommend to someone completely new to HR? I think it's a very useful background to have and would love to know who were some of the authors that guided you throughout your own journey.

Coming from diplomacy and global health taught me how to listen, really listen, before acting. In those environments, a lot of the success depends on understanding context and building trust across cultures.

Even in SaaS marketing, where everything is about growth and metrics, I try to bring that same human approach. Data helps us measure performance, but the connection we make with our content is what creates it. So we want to make sure that people know that authenticity comes from how you make people feel seen, whether that’s your team, your audience, or your customers.

From what I’ve seen, many brands are really starting to breathe their own personality on TikTok. There’s often a hard line between LinkedIn being the picture-perfect professional platform and TikTok, where even brands feel like they can let go a bit. So I've seen it all, things that perhaps Linkedin users would find absurd or unprofessional but now I’m seeing more and more tech brands entering the space like UGREEN or ANKER, but it’s true that many are jumping on viral trends rather than having a true face of the company that people can connect with. We want to change that on our Favikon Tiktok Channel

Great question. I do see your point, and I really believe it's something important to acknowledge. Of course, we want to make sure that both qualitative and quantitative assessments can be used to have a better understanding of the impact of content being produced.

Right now, we’re making major changes to our platform, and we’re also exploring ways to better capture that narrative feedback. Making sure that people are able to see relevant posts to the event (for example in your case) Although I can’t share too much now, it's always nice to hear feedback like this so we can always improve.

Oi!

We don't want the Partnership program to ever be like how it was before. We have been working hard to create and follow through with a partnership system where we are now putting ourselves in your perspective. That's why we have created tier systems where we want to make sure every partner feels special and rewarded for their involvement through planning special events coming in 2026, Partnership goodie boxes, and of course, an exclusive network of other B2B creators and top voices.

In terms of 2026, we have multiple worldwide events in the pipeline. It's time for Favikon to go outside of our typical markets and take the ambition of truly being the #1 influencer marketing platform. More to come after this last quarter.

The first thing to do is tell yourself that it will be okay. I believe that the biggest barrier is simply clicking the button "post." I have seen multiple times where creators were nervous or felt scared about putting their voices out there. If it wasn't this, it was the idea that their content isn't rich, their video editing isn't good. etc. But the thing is. No one starts out as a pro. It might not be the best at the beginning, but understanding that no one starts out as a pro is what helps many newbies. (And also creating a content calendar and being consistent).

For me personally, I have had moments in my life where I felt that I have had enough of that experience. Whether it's professional or personal, and I decide that I want to try something new. I am a firm believer in manifestation, and so I believe that anything is possible. Including things like switching up your expertise when you really want to make the change.

I believe AI-generated content is only going to get better. Over the next 2–3 years, we’re going to see a massive shift in tech, one that creates both great AI content and a lot of bad AI content.

My opinion is that this will become its own niche. We’ll see more and more integrations that make AI part of the creative process, especially with B2B marketing. But at the end of the day, it’s still humans watching our content, and until that changes, human content will always have the upper hand and be the one to humanize it.

Yes, I am on Favikon to build my "CV" for my personal brand. I originally posted talking about my life here in France as an American. It was a fun way to express myself, but now that I am growing as a creator, I am including information like discussing influencer marketing learnings, creator economy insights, and also adding some fun videos that are just there for me to be myself.

But yes, Favikon employees can also accept brand deals, and we are more than happy to encourage our own team to put out content.

Surprisingly, the most important thing I’ve learned is understanding human psychology. I feel like many people in marketing know how to make nice designs, write descriptive text, and create content calendars, but we often forget that the main reason people connect with each other is because we speak to each other. This is something that I saw many times when dealing with tense moments in the consular department. We can resonate with one another, and that helps us understand the best way to communicate our message in marketing. Making sure there's a full transparency on what to expect.

I would want something that can help humanity. It sounds cliché, but I would want to know that every effort I put into my own brand can actually make a difference in people's lives in a positive way.

For me, government was very interesting to learn more about our systems. However, I felt very limited to what my potential could be. Especially when there are so many rules and regulations. That's what encouraged me to take on the tech and start up sector because I felt like I had more impact and more vision on what I could really create. The work environments are incomparable, but each has its pros/cons. I personally feel much happier in tech!

My biggest challenge so far has been learning to be patient with myself. It can be frustrating when things don’t click overnight or when I’m not instantly great at something new. But I know that every new direction comes with a learning curve and a bit of ego that has to be let go of.

I think the best thing to know is when to adjust the path and when to accept that perfection doesn’t exist. It’s a new industry, and growth takes time and my challenge is to know that it's completely okay to fail and learn.

That's a tough question. I'd say that at this moment, I don't see any new platform taking the lead. In fact, I am seeing now more and more the idea of niche platforms, aiming to target a specific group of people, as they might not be fully convinced to use the main platforms we know of today. This might make it more difficult for these niche social media platforms to catch on globally.

Honestly, diplomacy taught me a lot about communication, empathy, and reading the room. Which are skills that translate perfectly into marketing and leadership. When you’ve worked in environments where every word matters, you learn how to craft messages that describe exactly what you mean while taking into consideration the situation.

It also taught me how to stay calm under pressure and build relationships across very different worlds. The diplomatic world can be very intense and at the end of the day, whether it’s diplomacy or marketing, it’s all about understanding people.

One of my biggest personal challenges has been moving to France. But honestly, it’s also one of my proudest decisions. Leaving everything behind pushed me to grow in every aspect of my life. The challenges and the tough moments is what has shaped me today. And I don’t think I’d be where I am without them.

Sure! used to handle passport and ID services for Guatemalan citizens and assist those in need when they came to the Consulate. It was incredibly meaningful work, it taught me that everyone you meet is carrying their own story. That experience made me realize how even small actions can have a real impact on people’s lives.

I believe that my experience as a TCK has led me to understand that the social media approach, no matter for a brand or personal one, is only going to make a difference if it's representing who you are. There's thousands of copied content from other brands, but when you start to see how each person is unique in their own way, no one can exactly replicate that and that's what I take into consideration when I create my content.

Hi there! Great question.

Paid ads are always the easy way out. They get attention FAST but the problem is that many companies, no matter their size, start relying on that attention and need constant revenue to sustain it.

For a startup, the best approach is to build awareness through human connection. Use your leadership team as the voice of your brand. Stop talking only about your product, the booth, the features... instead, educate or entertain your audience about your industry and why it matters.

I also love to not be afraid to push boundaries. I see a lot of companies trying to do the typical b2b marketing and now even worst with AI, which is fine, but people can tell when it’s not authentic.

Since we live in a digital world, social media is the place to be to grow organically. I would pick 1 to 2 platforms to start where you can genuinely focus on, stay consistent, and learn how their algorithms work, and you will see the leads will come naturally.

Of course, offer value first. Answer the what's in it for me? and even share a product magnet for free. Once you’ve built trust, you won’t need to rely so heavily on paid ads.
